Using the website

You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Product content, photography, branding and trade marks remain the property of Cooper & Co. Pets or their licensors.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, colours and availability may change. A submitted order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when payment is processed and Cooper & Co. Pets confirms the order. Review quantities, variants and delivery details before submitting.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and other applicable charges must be displayed before payment. Production terms must identify the selected payment processor.

Delivery and returns

Delivery estimates are guides and may be affected by carriers or events outside reasonable control. Returns and remedies are governed by the published returns policy and rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product use

Introduce mobility products gradually and supervise use where appropriate. Product information is general and does not replace advice from your veterinarian or animal physiotherapist.
