Faulty or damaged FlowSteps

FlowSteps are compressed for shipping and can take up to seven days to settle into their final shape. If your unit is still faulty or damaged after that period, email photos and a description to support@cooperandcopets.com.au. Confirmed manufacturing faults receive a free replacement.

30-day trial and donate policy

1. Try FlowSteps for 30 days and follow the introduction guidance.
2. If your dog still will not use them, email support explaining what you tried.
3. If approved, nominate a local vet, physio or holistic practitioner for donation.
4. After the donation is confirmed and proof is provided, the purchase price is refunded less a $20 shipping contribution.

This trial applies to FlowSteps only. Covers and FlowDisc remain covered by the manufacturing fault policy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. This policy operates alongside rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
